The dress code for all conference sessions and functions is business casual.

The programme is subject to change and the Organising Committee reserves the right to make modifications at any time.

By submitting your conference registration, you have given your consent for us to use and store any images or videos that you appear in for promotional purposes by the Organising Committee or event managers.

Complimentary WIFI is available for all delegates in the conference areas. Details will be provided in The Point 2026 Conference App.

If you are no longer able to attend, you can nominate another person to attend in your place as long as you advise us in advance of the conference. Please ensure to have details of the replacement person on hand, including: first name, last name, email address, phone number and any special/dietary requirements. Any registration transfers must be made in writing to the Events Team: debra@eventrevolution.co.nz

If notification of cancellation of registration is received in writing prior to 5.00pm Friday 16 October 2026, you will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00 + GST. Any cancellations received after 5.00pm Friday 16 October 2026 are liable for the cost of the full registration price.

Payments NZ reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the date of the event in case of government imposed restrictions or circumstances beyond their control. In such a case all monies paid to date will be refunded in full less any expenses incurred. The liability of the organiser's will be limited to that amount.

It is the responsibility of all delegates to organise any personal, medical and travel insurance. Payments NZ, and all venues/suppliers working with Payments NZ on the conference and associated events, hold no liability.
